By purchasing from Little Digitals by BH, you agree to the following terms:

LICENSE GRANT

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our digital files subject to the terms below.

PERMITTED USES

You MAY use our digital files to:

• Create physical products for personal use (unlimited)
• For large-scale production or commercial licensing, please contact us directly 

PROHIBITED USES

You may NOT use these digital files to:

• Create any digital products with the intent to resell
• Create physical products for sale (unlimited production)
• Share, sell, or redistribute the files in their original format
• Use in giveaways or offer as freebies
• Claim the designs as your own work
• Resell the digital files in any format

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs remain the property of Little Digitals by BH. Fonts used are licensed commercially through KA Fonts, Mollie Jo, and/or a Perfect Blend.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. However, if you experience any issues with your files, please contact us and we'll work with you to resolve the problem.
